Korlu Royal Beauty values the feelings of all of our customers, this is why we are releasing this information. So please read and  carefully and check. 

All customized clothing and Korlu Royal Beauty cosmetic products, shipping fees are not returnable or exchanged. So please be sure you read all Korlu Royal Beauty company policy before placing your order. Carefully check all details, sizes and colors before submitting all orders Thank you for your understanding, we appreciate your business.

Refund policy /exchanges  Korlu Royal Beauty do not accept  any Refunds or exchanges, so please carefully read all of our company  policies information before placing ur order on our site.

Please note that Korlu Royal Beauty does not accept return unless mistakes were made by our customer service. Korlu  Royal Beauty will allow exchanges for the problem product. Please understand  in cases like this, customers are responsible to pay returns fees.

All returned items should be in the same conditions as received, along with the tags, not washed-out or spray. Before returning products customers must contact the company and take pictures of damaged products. The damaged product must be emailed to Korlu royal beauty company and ship within 5 days once customers receive the product. 

Please note that all  returned products are to be shipped along receipts, and the receipts must be emailed to our company we will notify when we receive it.

Once we receive the product we will inspect the product, Processing will take 3 to 5 business days before returning the new product to the customer.
